Experience was beautiful. Josie asked me very relevant questions about my hair concerns which guided her in blending formulas specifically for me. The head massage was very relaxing and grounding. I was also happy with the way Josie styled my hair when she blow dried it dry - asked if I wanted a bit of curl or straight. It was an excellent way to spend my last day in Launceston before flying home. When next in Launceston will definitely have a hair experience here again. Thank you.

I've been to other Salons in Launceston for Shellac nails and they lasted all of a day. Sophie did an amazing job and spent the time meticulously making them perfect! They lasted weeks with only 1 chip and I have a very manual hands on job. Super impressed. Even when removing the polish, Sophie took so much care to ensure my real nails were looking good. Thanks again girls.

Beautiful environment, great feel. I came in with very warm hair due to cream foils from a previous salon. My roots are a lovely silver so the warm cream did not suit. Tarnia was fabulous, brought me back to a gorgeous ash colour, with a perfect cut and now I feel me again.

I took in an AI inspiration photo and Brodie & Kurt absolutely delivered and nailed the brief! Brodie aced the colour perfectly.... the placement, tone and contrast are exactly what I envisioned. Kurt's cut is just as incredible, with the perfect layers, texture and fringe to bring the whole look together. They didn't just copy the photo, they made it work for me. Walking out with hair that actually exceeded my expectations is the best feeling. If you're after stylists who truly listen and execute, these are your people!
