All three services were great, however I had to wait an hour between my facial and my body scrub. Unacceptable - the reservation was scheduled far in advance so ample time was given to prepare. This should not happen for an appointment.

This was my first experience. The ambiance is great. The facial and upper body massage were wonderful, thorough and capably done by a male representative. He was very professional indeed. The assigned nail technician knows her work and did a good job, but she needs some interactive and customer centric skills as she came off a little abrasive at times.

Love this place will always return, got a facial n massage n both ladies were very grate. Provided me with tips n made me feel very comfortable n I enjoyed both services. Would recommend to anyone, l only gave 4 n not 5 because I had to wait an hour later than my appointment
