Brilliant facial by Lesley

Being a new client of Charlotte, she has given me thorough consultations guiding me through what treatments would work best for my skin. Advised on after care. Is super friendly, professional and encouraging and very caring about how I feel at each appointment. I would highly recommend Charlotte for aesthetics treatments, especially if you are new to facial aesthetics.

First time I visited I had a lovely facial, classic lashes and nails … truly felt pampered thank you Han. Lashes lasted so long and had infills 3 weeks later. Thank you for making me feel comfortable Han x

Can’t recommend Charlotte enough !!!!! She’s professional, the reason I travel 120 mins round trip is because I know everything she does is meticulous.

I had a really relaxing facial with Izzy this morning. The room and bed were both so cosy and comfortable I immediately felt switched off from everything. All of the products Izzy used on my skin smelt gorgeous and she’d listened to my skin concerns beforehand to use some lymphatic drainage methods during the facial. The facial itself was amazing; felt lovely, gentle and calming and flowed well without feeling like she was just covering the basics and rushing through. Thank you Izzy xx

Hannah is so friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely catch up while she did my treatment, and I left feeling so much cleaner and better in myself.

I had Botox and a skin booster treatment with Charlotte and honestly couldn't recommend her enough. She took the time to explain everything properly before we started, which really put me at ease. The treatment itself was virtually pain-free, and you can tell Charlotte really knows her stuff. Her treatment room was spotless and maintained to such a high standard, which made me feel really comfortable. Such a lovely experience from start to finish – I'll definitely be back!
