Being a new client of Charlotte, she has given me thorough consultations guiding me through what treatments would work best for my skin. Advised on after care. Is super friendly, professional and encouraging and very caring about how I feel at each appointment. I would highly recommend Charlotte for aesthetics treatments, especially if you are new to facial aesthetics.

Had an amazing facial and headspa treatment again today with the lovely Belle. I cannot recommend this treatment enough… only one problem though is that you can get addicted I’ve had 4 now with more to come… love love love ❤️❤️

Absolutely love visiting Hannah professional and welcoming really relaxing massages and facials products smell divine and I mention at every visit the heated bed is an amazing touch. Lauren always does an excellent job with my nails – they look fantastic every single time. She is so friendly and always makes you feel relaxed and welcome from the moment you walk in. Her attention to detail is first class, and I always leave delighted with the results. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lauren to anyone looking for beautiful nails and a wonderful experience.

I had a really relaxing facial with Izzy this morning. The room and bed were both so cosy and comfortable I immediately felt switched off from everything. All of the products Izzy used on my skin smelt gorgeous and she’d listened to my skin concerns beforehand to use some lymphatic drainage methods during the facial. The facial itself was amazing; felt lovely, gentle and calming and flowed well without feeling like she was just covering the basics and rushing through. Thank you Izzy xx

I had Botox and a skin booster treatment with Charlotte and honestly couldn't recommend her enough. She took the time to explain everything properly before we started, which really put me at ease. The treatment itself was virtually pain-free, and you can tell Charlotte really knows her stuff. Her treatment room was spotless and maintained to such a high standard, which made me feel really comfortable. Such a lovely experience from start to finish – I'll definitely be back!
