I had Botox and a skin booster treatment with Charlotte and honestly couldn't recommend her enough. She took the time to explain everything properly before we started, which really put me at ease. The treatment itself was virtually pain-free, and you can tell Charlotte really knows her stuff. Her treatment room was spotless and maintained to such a high standard, which made me feel really comfortable. Such a lovely experience from start to finish – I'll definitely be back!

The products felt incredible, and my skin was instantly smoother, brighter, and more hydrated. Rachel explained each step and made the whole experience relaxing and results-driven. Being a new client of Charlotte, she has given me thorough consultations guiding me through what treatments would work best for my skin. Advised on after care. Is super friendly, professional and encouraging and very caring about how I feel at each appointment.
