I have the facial when I visit Becca at No 19, and can honestly say it’s the best facial I’ve ever had. The room is lovely, the bed is so comfortable, the ambience is so relaxing and Becca is amazing at her craft! The attention to detail is amazing; from the cleansing and toning, to the foot massage where Becca could identify I need to work on breathing techniques through her reflexology knowledge, to the massage of my ear, neck, shoulder and jaw … this facial is a holistic experience leaving me so relaxed I always nod off! Can’t recommend highly enough.

Michelle is incredibly knowledgeable and listens very carefully to what you want to achieve. I like a really natural look and know with confidence that Michele will deliver this. She’s ahead of her game and is always looking into new cutting edge technology. A great asset to Harrogate!

Georgina does the loveliest facials and treatments and I always get comments about how nice my skin is looking when I have seen her. She makes it a relaxing experience and I would highly recommend having an appointment.

What an absolute gem of beauticians. I had the mos amazing facial. Products felt incredible in my skin and the techniques of massage to apply the products were so therapeutic and relaxing. I was lovely and warm under heated blankets on a heated bed with a gorgeous candle scent with relaxing music and a very ambient atmosphere.

Fabulous treatment . I tried one of the new facials that are about to be launched. What a treat. A total ritual . Loved it from start to finish. Beautiful Organic range of products. The treatment included a wonderful steam as part of the exfoliation just delightful. A nourishing mask . A wonderful experience with a super therapist Definitely recommend you trying this ritual.

I had such a wonderful experience at The Bothy – A Sanctuary by Ōm Holistic. The atmosphere is incredibly calming, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a truly relaxing environment. Alaine was warm, attentive, and highly skilled, which made the whole session feel personalized and deeply restorative. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and refreshed. I have had 3 pregnancy treatments with Sarah. 2 massages and a facial. They've all been wonderfully relaxing and Sarah has given me some advice on some stretches that have helped with my aches and pains and made it feel like baby has a bit more space. My only complaint - the time goes too fast!!

After lots of years of problematic skin, Sam has been the best find for me! She has totally sorted my skin out for me to the point now where all I need is maintenance facials rather than out of desperation. She’s so knowledgeable and adapts each facial to what you actually need! Thanks Sam

I've been to a few beauty therapist in my time for my facials but no-one beats Lucia in her warm, professional ,perfectionist manner and who always gives that little bit more for you to float out the salon relaxed,pampered and with amazing skin ,nails,lashes,brows,waxing and I haven't found a product that matches Germaine either.5⭐️

I had the best experience at Petite Retreat with Ashleigh. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm and friendly attitude. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and provided expert advice tailored to my needs. The treatment itself was flawless. Emily really put me at ease from the start. It was my first ever facial (I'm in my 30s), she explained everything clearly. She was very gentle, explained the reason for my skin concerns and what I can do to improve my skin. She gave me her recommendations but didn't push me to buy. A very relaxing treatment and I look forward to me next one!

I’ve visited Rachel a few times now for facials and she consistently goes above and beyond. It’s not just a facial, you’re treated to a relaxing head and shoulder massage as well, and I walk out feeling a million pounds .
