I've been to a few beauty therapist in my time for my facials but no-one beats Lucia in her warm, professional ,perfectionist manner and who always gives that little bit more for you to float out the salon relaxed,pampered and with amazing skin ,nails,lashes,brows,waxing and I haven't found a product that matches Germaine either.5⭐️

I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

Georgina is the best in the game! I had my brows laminated and eyelashes lifted and I’ve never felt better. She is so knowledgable and her attention to detail goes unmatched! Will be coming back till I’m old !

I have been to many different lash tech over the year but the only ones that have lasted and actually look good is the sets done by Louise best lashes tech in Harrogate, she also make you feel so comfortable when getting the treatment

Ana is absolutely fantastic! It’s always such a pleasure to see her — she creates such a warm, welcoming experience every time. Her nail work is flawless, and she’s incredibly talented at what she does. I especially appreciate how she helps me choose a design or color whenever I’m feeling unsure. I always leave feeling so happy with my nails. Highly recommend! 💅✨

I have been to Rebecca numerous times for numerous treatments, including LVL lashes, nails and reflexology. I have to say reflexology was a lifesaver. I did numerous consecutive sessions and they helped me massively. I can honestly say I have never felt so relaxed. I fell asleep numerous times! Rebecca made me feel very calm and very safe and she is excellent at what she does! Thank you!

It’s lovely to see Rachael’s new business has taken her to one of the best postcodes in Harrogate, central, easy to park and lovely premises. Had such a lovely experience with Ana today and i’m very happy with my lvl results. Normally my lashes are very stubborn to lift but that wasn’t a problem for Ana. They are definitely the best they’ve ever looked! Love her new location it’s a friendly, calming space.

I have been seeing Lucia for years and she is amazing! She is incredibly warm & welcoming, and her waxing is the best in Harrogate.

Love coming to Charlotte! Would never go to anyone else for my lashes. She is the loveliest girl and I always leave with a beautiful full lash set.
