I had reflexology for my first time with Becca and it was dreamy. She made me feel so welcome from start to finish and the treatment she gave me was next level, I felt so relaxed after and felt all the tension in my body melt away. One of the best massages I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite a few Thai massages. What sets Urai apart is her ability to read your body, knowing exactly when to apply deeper pressure and when a gentler touch is needed. I arrived feeling quite unwell, with significant tension in my neck and back that was even making me feel sick. By the time I left, I felt far more relaxed and noticed an immediate improvement. Urai also understood that a very deep massage wouldn’t have helped in my case and could have made things worse rather than better.

From the moment I stepped through the door, Becca took every care to create a calm, peaceful environment where I felt completely at ease and able to fully relax into the treatment. Becca is an exceptionally skilled reflexologist, and the level of relaxation I experienced was incredible. The treatment left me feeling deeply restored, grounded, and rejuvenated. The consultation afterwards was also extremely insightful, as Becca explained her findings and offered helpful guidance. I left feeling not only relaxed but with a greater understanding of what my body needed.

I had the most relaxing few hours a ōm holistic for a fully body massage and head/scalp massage - I practically floated out of there. Alaine is a wonderful therapist, and takes the time to understand you, your aims for the treatment, and gives you plenty of time to relax both before and after. The setting is beautiful too, I couldn't recommend more!

Going to The Bothy is like stepping into a different world. All the little touches are so appreciated, from the choice of teas, to the softest towels in the world, to all the candles being lit for you! I would come every week if I could ♥️
