One of the best massages I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite a few Thai massages. What sets Urai apart is her ability to read your body, knowing exactly when to apply deeper pressure and when a gentler touch is needed. I arrived feeling quite unwell, with significant tension in my neck and back that was even making me feel sick. By the time I left, I felt far more relaxed and noticed an immediate improvement. Urai also understood that a very deep massage wouldn’t have helped in my case and could have made things worse rather than better.

I had such a wonderful experience at The Bothy – A Sanctuary by Ōm Holistic. The atmosphere is incredibly calming, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a truly relaxing environment. I started seeing Sarah in my second trimester, and she has supported me all the way through postpartum, to over a year later! She is incredibly knowledgeable about prenatal and postnatal care, and always adapts each session to exactly what my body needs. I love that she always has some handy tips for stretches at the end of our sessions too. I always leave feeling SO much better. She’s not only highly skilled but also funny, professional, and genuinely caring. I’m so grateful to have found her and would recommend her to anyone, especially mums-to-be or new mums with those chronic niggles!

Just had the BEST facial with Becca and I am obsessed! She is so good at what she does — super knowledgeable but also just makes you feel totally comfortable the whole time. I was so relaxed I could’ve taken a nap right there. My skin feels amazing and I left literally glowing. Becca has the magic touch and I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend if you need some self-care!

I always feel safe and held when I visit the Bothy whatever treatment I have. This time it was Reflexology. I wish I could express it better but if you haven't tried it before, I can't rate it high enough. For me, it releases so much of what I don't know I am holding and Alaine always manages to know what is going on in my body before I tell her. Such an important part of finding time and putting myself first.

I came to visit at the new place and I was so impressed every thing was great I loved the swing and Elaine is such a lovely lady. I cannot wait to come back to her for something else ps, please do a pedicure at the bothy. The whole ambience of the settings was just amazing the lovely shaggy rug at the stairs wa sso relaxing. Me and my sister really enjoyed our experience wish you all the best for the future and will definitely be recommending you to people as you are so great at your work and are so kind and caring just what you need when you want to relax and wind down away from it all xxxx

I always feel so relaxed after a treatment from ōm Holistic but this felt like a whole different experience. Every single detail from arrival to leaving is thought of to set you at ease. The most beautiful thing for me was how the space was considered, with natural sunlight and soft textures throughout. The reflexology treatment was amazing as always, but this felt like the whole space was created to make me feel safe, grounded and relaxed. So incredible.

5 star service, Rene is extremely professional, delivering a great deep tissue massage to relieve pain and provided aftercare stretches to prevent the same issue. Really friendly and easy to talk to, will be going back again.
