The service was excellent and the massage in particular was the best I've ever had - and I've had a few! The facial left me with a glow that was beautiful. I will definitely be back again. I had a Havening treatment last night , and it was a truly powerful experience. During the session, I found myself crying, which I hadn’t expected, but it felt so cleansing and natural. It was as though a weight I’d been carrying for a long time was finally being released. The process felt gentle yet incredibly effective, and I left feeling lighter and more at peace than I have in ages. I genuinely believe the treatment worked on a deep level, and I’m so grateful for the care and support I received throughout the session.

As always Ellie is very professional and always give great advice on how to look after your nails and keep them looking great, I often get 3/4 weeks of looking fantastic. I have been to Ellie for other treatments such as eyelash lift and eyebrow shape and tint, again aways extremely happy. I have also had facials and massage done by Lisa, very relaxing and come away stress free. I would highly recommend Defined Studio.
