My experience was perfect, Lorraine was waiting for me when I arrived . We spoke for a short time about what was troubling me and she explained what she could do to help . The treatment was 1st class , I didn’t feel rushed and consequently felt very relaxed afterwards. I am already feeling the difference . I shall be returning.

Lauren is lovely, very professional, thorough and puts you at ease. Have been going to Lauren for about 3 years and have always been very impressed by the results of treatments I’ve had. First time using Defined Studio. I will be returning as Ellie was calm, polite & friendly. Plus my nails enjoyed a great manicure & gel treatment. She has a great selection of gel colours, so I was able to choose one exactly to match my outfit for the birthday party I’m going to. I recommend a visit to Defined Studio.

Ellie is very professional & I’m really pleased with my nails. Comparing visits to other salons over the years, she is definitely the best at gel nails. They lasted over a month last time with no chipping! Most salons I’ve been lucky for them to last a week without chipping. Visit Ellie & you’ll be amazed at her brilliant work.
