Incredible massage with Lucy, super relaxing and she was really friendly. Pressure was good and firm, and the ambiance of the room was lovely. I will be back for more and am already thinking of booking one for my mum and another for my fiancé.

What a beautiful treatment session! I had a couple of hours here today for a back massage, facial and LED light therapy. Wow, what a service! The facial was tailored to my skins needs and was so relaxing I couldn’t help but smile the whole way through. Emma is so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I’ll be back in further for sure! Came in for tattoo removal. I first spoke to Claire on the phone, who spent so much time answering all my questions in detail. When I came in I was nervous, Jason was very relaxed and cracked and few jokes which made me feel so much better. He ensured I was comfortable and let me take the appointment at my own pace. I’m so please with the results and will be back for round 2 in 6 weeks!!

I have been using Aurelia for a few months now for my nails, she’s the best I’ve found in Basildon! Her attention to detail is impeccable and she will not let you leave until she is 100% happy. I’ve not had one bad set of nails and they last so well I can leave it 3/4 weeks for an infill. Her room is clean, spacious and welcoming. I’ve also had the best pedicure I’ve had in a while there too! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now, and have recommended to all my friends. X

First visit to the holistic cabin and what a beautiful place, felt so welcomed and relaxed even before the treatment. I tried the havening technique. Really interesting and so relaxing, defintiely felt lighter afterwards and have already used it ‘saying it’s OK’ 🤣 thanks Lorraine
