Comfortable and as expected . The knowledgeable that was told and given gave a feeling of ease. Jade knows her stuff. Very welcoming. The carbon doll facial was a marvellous experience, with explanations as it went on. Many different options available (not just facials) with regards to treatments. Any questions are answered and advice is given freely. I would definitely recommend having a look and getting yourself booked it. I had my first waxing appointment in just over 4 years today, and I was honestly quite nervous after a previous bad experience where I was left burnt, with wax everywhere and hair still remaining. My experience with Magda completely changed my perspective. She was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived, taking the time to talk me through each step of the process. She regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and offered breaks if I needed them. I’m so glad I gave waxing another try, this was such a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend her!

I’ve just had both LVL and brow wax and tint with Teegan. I’m in love with them both!! Very professional and so friendly and a perfectionist!! I really wouldn’t use anyone else ever. Highly recommend!!
