Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

Cassie is an absolute angel, super experienced and knowledgeable. She tailors each treatment to the individual so is very person-centred. So far have had waxing treatments which has left my skin in much better condition and less hair growth, and facials from which I have seen significant results. Would highly recommend.

Aliona is BY FAR the best I've had for waxing, especially eyebrows and face. The wax she uses is super soothing and gentle, and her technique is super quick and so thorough (this lady doesn't miss a hair!). Thank you Aliona, I will be back!

Whatever your need, waxing, facials, massages Fran is your gal. Fran always meets you where you are at whether tensions and muscles are tight and you need a relax or need some beauty pampering. The whole experience from start to finish was great. The salon is warm and inviting and on a cold snowy day to lie on a heated bed in a warm room for waxing was lovely. The wax used makes the whole process a lot less painful. I will be back again.

Fantastic experience with Bianka. She is extremely friendly and professional. It was a fairly painless waxing experience (Hollywood) which was great. I would really recommend Bianka, I am only visiting Bath for a few days, but it would definitely be my place of choice for all beauty needs if I lived here.
