Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

Cassie is an absolute angel, super experienced and knowledgeable. She tailors each treatment to the individual so is very person-centred. So far have had waxing treatments which has left my skin in much better condition and less hair growth, and facials from which I have seen significant results. Would highly recommend.

Whatever your need, waxing, facials, massages Fran is your gal. Fran always meets you where you are at whether tensions and muscles are tight and you need a relax or need some beauty pampering. Anca (& Sophie when she’s back) are the only therapists I would recommend to my friends for waxing appointments, especially if they are nervous/haven’t had one before. They are both very quick and efficient and perform the waxing with such ease and experience that I hardly notice.

Bianka was very professional, but also very welcoming and so careful to minimise pain for my waxing treatment in such a lovely setting. I will absolutely be booking again.

Biancas energy and enthusiasm for her services and her passion for holistic health and beauty left me feeling really uplifted. My waxing was very professional and care was taken to ensure I had the correct preparation and after treatment. I am very pleased with the result. It's been a great experience have a wax with Bianca. Fantastic experience with Bianka. She is extremely friendly and professional. It was a fairly painless waxing experience (Hollywood) which was great. I would really recommend Bianka, I am only visiting Bath for a few days, but it would definitely be my place of choice for all beauty needs if I lived here.
