The attention to detail and high quality service as always..... also at one stage had 3 x amazing ladies helping get the job done, with some good conversation and laughs along the way. As a new client, I booked an eyebrow wax and tint and Lash tint online and the app is very easy to use with reasonable pricing. The atmosphere was welcoming & the staff were professional and genuinely friendly. I’m impressed with the outcome of my service and overall experience. As always Bas has done an amazing and very smooth job, apart from the professional waxing and grooming Baz does, her easy going nature and pleasant conversation is half the reason I'm a return costumer. Nayaa is fantastic, she listens thoroughly to what you want in a makeup look and her attention to detail is immaculate. The skin prep was an added little perk as it felt like a mini facial before makeup application. Will definitely be returning when I need my makeup done. Leah is an amazing person to support you in your needs. She even deals with the emotional stuff that you might bring on a particular morning with kindness and warmth. But it’s her knowledge of skin care and her openess one suggestions of how and what products to use. She doesn’t just suggest ones they have in the salon. She’s more than happy to look at you with a person and decide what’s best. Highly recommend.

Look suited type of look going for. Very informative regarding skin type and using moisturiser with recommendation of product leading up to the wedding and time frames of beauty services i.e waxing.
