I went for their TCM slimming and VV face lifting treatments, and they took the time to understand my concerns before recommending what suited me best, without any hard selling. Throughout the session, they were attentive and made sure I was comfortable. The TCM slimming treatment felt relaxing yet effective, and I could feel my body becoming lighter and less bloated. The VV face lifting treatment helps lift my face and reduce double chin.

im korean. As a Korean, I’ve been to many nail salons and luxury aesthetics places, but this is one of the best experiences I’ve had in Singapore. Very professional, systematic, detailed, and efficient. When doing two treatments, two therapists work together so the time is used very efficiently. I’m actually a very picky person, but the quality and retention were so good that I signed a package after just one session. Highly recommend 🤍 Also… the restroom is very clean 😂 Looking forward to trying more treatments here!

I’ve been coming here for my acne treatments and facial extractions, and I highly recommend her. 😄She’s skilled, gentle, and always takes the time to make sure I’m comfortable throughout the session. I’m honestly quite dramatic when it comes to pain and tend to complain even during small extractions, but she’s always incredibly patient, calm, and reassuring. Isabel is very professional. She did a very detailed scan of my scalp and told me the condition of my scalp. Then we proceeded to do UV Kiss Treatment as per her recommendation. She patiently explained each step in detail and even imparted a lot of knowledge while doing the treatment - from how to massage the scalp to the right water temperature etc. after that, she blew my hair and continued to share more hair tips. She’s not pushy at all, just very genuine to want the best for her customer!

I had a pleasant experience overall. The salon had a great variety of colours to choose from, and I appreciated that the service was done patiently and without feeling rushed. The staff was careful in taking their time, which made the appointment feel comfortable and relaxing. However, I did notice that the nail shapes on my left and right hands were not fully consistent, and I unfortunately sustained a finger injury towards the end during the filing process. That said, considering the price point, it was still a decent experience overall. Thank you!
