The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

This angel was brought to me by another 😇🙏🏻 absolutely astounding knowledge & power of a woman 👊🏼🔥 light & love. Red light therapy is a must for everyone. Especially those struggling with pain, skin problems, eyes, you name it, I believe red light therapy can fix & rejuvenation your body’s cells its fact. My mums recovery from cancer surgery is proving to be good so far! With one a week 15 min sessions, good diet & supplements & less stress as possible & by coming to see Louise our stress has diminished some what too. Thankyou 💚

had my HIFU treatment yesterday with Kieron the whole experience. From the moment I arrived, the practitioner made me feel completely comfortable and explained everything clearly before starting the treatment.
