Best massage I’ve ever had! So relaxing, felt like a new person afterwards!

Good physio, good knowledge and very considerate over existing musculoskeletal problems & niggles. Very quick to find solutions and also took time to send some recovery exercises & future prevention techniques via email, after the appointment. I would recommend Vishnu for sports recovery, rehab and/or general wellbeing. Five star 👍

Highly recommend Act2Recovery! I was struggling with persistent knee pain and aching legs from sitting for long hours at my office desk. After my sports massage treatment, I noticed a significant reduction in pain and stiffness, and my legs felt much lighter and more mobile. The treatment was professional, targeted, and tailored to my specific issues rather than being a generic massage. I also received helpful advice on managing the problem and preventing it from returning.

Been to a few physios in the past and Jack is one of the best by far, give me some exercises to do at gym which have really helped my shoulder and lower back pain, couldn’t recommend enough 👍👍

I don't often leave reviews but had to make an exception this time! I had been suffering from pain in my neck and back for a long time, with minimal relief despite trying multiple measures and seeking help from my GP. I decided to try Act2recovery on the recommendation of a friend who had also benefitted from their expertise. Act2recovery was professional throughout, from the easy booking to the specialist assessments and the treatments they recommended. I was surprised at how effective it was. My pain is now almost completely gone. I will definitely be returning to them. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend act2recovery! He literally has magic in his hands. I always feel so incredibly good and relaxed after a massage. What sets him apart is his knowledge, he really understands the root cause of pain and focuses his work exactly where it’s needed most. I’ve been booking appointments for the last couple of months now, and he is truly amazing. If you're looking for real relief, look no further!

Ellie is fantastic..Very unique in comparisons to other massage specialists etc…Definitely makes a big difference to the tightness I’ve had and hopefully on my road to recovery.

Fantastic service. Jack was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly so I understood the issues I was experiencing. I went in for diagnosis of a shoulder injury. We did some initial movement to identify the issue followed by a massage of the area. Have come away knowing the potential reasons behind the injury and some exercise and stretches to help prevent. Great experience and will definitely be back.

Highly recommended for massage and rehabilitation. Vishnu has made my pain vanished in literally couple of seatings. He carefully listened and examined my side of concern. And then he worked on it. Truly professional and friendly service that too at your own place.
