First tried this almost a year ago from the recommendation from a friend. I was in a lot of pain and was struggling. I took a chance and tried body roll out. Triin the owner was knowledge and really helpful. I felt better after the first session but the cumulative effect is more noticeable over time. I can tell when I have skipped a week. Has helped me no end. Give it a try!

I had my first physiotherapy session with Ellie on Monday, and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was calming and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease. Ellie was incredibly professional, ensuring that every aspect of my treatment was tailored to my needs. I received dry needling and a massage, both of which were expertly done with great precision and care. The session not only helped relieve tension but also left me feeling refreshed. Have been going to Bodyroll weekly for a few months now and cannot believe how much my mobility has improved! I have Fibromyalgia and was feeling like an old woman but bodyroll has literally changed my life. I was also suffering with my right hip and couldn't walk up/down the stairs properly, it was so bad I was referred for an xray which revealed nothing but I'm.now fully mobile and the only thing I've done is Bodyroll.....I'm.feeling lighter and very much more flexible! This was my first time and first massage. Ellie was amazing, she met me outside and was very welcoming, asked me a few medical questions. I opted for the medical manual release massage as I had a really bad shoulder after a recent injury. Ellie fixed that right up for me. That and the massage was amazing, I’ll definitely be going back.
