First of all Luke goes through your injury prognosis then he goes on to explain what he suggests to help alleviate the pain. I had a sports massage which I highly recommend for easing the tightness in the muscles etc. he consistently checks that your feeling ok is very professional and certainly puts you at ease. Anyone thinking of having a massage or needling done do not hesitate having the treatments as they are both 5 stars ⭐️

Luke is a great therapist - he understood the issues and provided a comprehensive explanation of possible causes for those issues, and gave suitable treatment options. Luke is professional and listened to my requirements and issues with my leg and back. . The studio is very clean. Luke is chattie if you want him to be and most interesting, equally when I was really relaxing he kept quiet. Would thoroughly recommend and as a Pilates instructor.

I have visited Luke a few times now, and he is clearly an extremely knowledgeable sports therapist, he clearly loves to share his knowledge to help others. I wouldn't go to see anyone else.

I have been for a sports massage and I would fully recommend this with Luke. I feel that it was really worth while, also Luke is very knowledgeable with all that he does and very professional. I would certainly book other treatments with him.
