If I could give 11/10 I would. Lauren is not only a true professional but she is friendly, caring, attentive & Always goes above and beyond. She makes me feel safe, always ensuring I have the full information regarding any procedures to help me make an informed choice. Her prices are reasonable and she is just amazing. I would always go to her place for beauty treatments and I can't recommend her any higher than I do. If your local to Epworth or even if you're not, seriously give her a try because I guarantee, you won't go anywhere else once you have experienced Lauren Jay Beauty & Aesthetics.

My lashes look amazing Lauren fit me in last minute and saved me an embarrassing day at the office with half drooping eyelashes. My eyelashes look amazing and the girls always make you feel so welcome here. 100% would recommend!

Steph is amazing at what she does, I’ve been going to her for nearly 4 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s so friendly and welcoming. Her conservatory set up is beautiful too, always full of gorgeous plants, music and the most incredible seasonally decorated tree! It’s such a lovely experience all round and always feels like a proper little treat :)

Steph is a blooming superstar in 10 weeks I’ve gone from very sparse eyebrows to them now nearly being a full brow really ecstatic with the results so far. I also have my eyelashes done and my eyes looks amazing thank u
