I had a 'pick n mix' gift voucher and I chose a facial, head massage and back massage. Laura was my therapist and it was wonderful - I was so relaxed by the end I fell asleep!! The service at the Wallisdown branch is always lovely, calm and professional. Would highly recommend The Venue 👌

Went for my regular BIAB Infills, and also treated myself to a Deep Tissue full-body massage which was brilliant! Both Ashleigh and Isha were fantastic, and checked in regularly to make sure I was happy & comfortable. I do love visiting the Venue Westbourne salon, as I find it calm & relaxing. Highly recommend.

As always another fantastic set of nails from Cassidy. I gave a rough outline of what art I would like and then let Cassidy have full reign over the design and she smashed it out of the park. One very happy horror loving girlie here 😱❤️

Have gone to Dia a couple of times now and my lashes always look perfect when I leave! The last set of lashes I had lasted so well and I only needed infills after 4 weeks! She’s super professional and I always feel very comfortable with her. Highly recommend going to her!!

I can’t recommend Sadie enough for eyelash extensions! My eyelashes always look absolutely amazing after every appointment, and I constantly get compliments on how flawless they are. Lovely massage, we only visit Bournemouth once a year but I will definitely book in again.

I booked myself in for an age smart facial with Sarah and it was such a lovely experience. The service was amazing and she was so attentive throughout. She also provided me with lots of information about recommended products after. The only issue I had was with booking. As I had a voucher, I could only use it at wallisdown and I found the treatments shown online as being available in Wallisdown weren’t actually available there when I called them which was a little disappointing, but other than that it was a great experience.

Helen is always friendly and professional in her approach. She has an eye for perfectly balanced lashes. I find that my lashes last longer than the recommended period and the new bonding system for the 3D Pro lashes seems to be excellent as, this time around I have almost a full set still bonded and it has been 3 weeks since their application.
