Charlie is a lovely girl who I have been going to for just over a year for hybrid dye & brow lam and lash lift & tint, and have had an amazing service every time. Charlie has always made my lashes and brows exactly how I want them and I wouldn't be without them now!

Amazing service. I had lash lift & tint. Lovely lady very professional explained everything in detail and how to maintain my lashes for longer results. Also gave me a lash serum to take home. Very happy with my results already getting compliments so I will definitely be back thank you again xx

10/10 experience, Anniyah (sorry if I spelled the name wrong!) was so friendly, funny and professional. She gave me the full VIP package with halal brows and a lash lift and I’ve never ever been happier with the way my brows and lashes look. We were done so quick and her precision is unmatched. She even gave me a little goodie bag with an aftercare kit at the end! I’m so happy with the service and result and I’ll be coming back again for sure. I felt so comfortable here.

I’ve been having my lashes done here for nearly a year now and she is amazing. Honestly the loveliest lady and also her lashes are hands down THE BEST! She takes her time and listens to what you actually want and every set is always perfect. Great customer service and for her quality of work she is more than reasonably priced. I travel from the other side of Birmingham to have my lashes done here as they are worth it! Thankyou!

Really pleased with my classic lash set, so fluffy and natural looking. Lash tech was super accommodating, friendly, as a first time customer It was a good experience I’ll definitely be back. Linzi is amazing! After having a few bad experiences elsewhere, she was able to soak off my horrendous old set and give me a brand new set of lashes. She was honest and reassuring throughout the process and my natural lashes are so much healthier after just 2 treatments. She uses professional products and the results look amazing. Always feel really comfortable and relaxed during my appointments and leave with amazing lashes. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you! x

Charlie is truly a magician! I have quite sparse brows and a chicken pox scar that never takes to dye. She managed to make my brows look so full and fluffy and even covered my scar. Couldn’t be happier, my brows look incredible, such a talent

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Great attention to detail. Chloe gave me lovely natural hard gels with extensions - to try and improve my nails after I had acrylics. Will definitely book again.
