Charlie is a lovely girl who I have been going to for just over a year for hybrid dye & brow lam and lash lift & tint, and have had an amazing service every time. Charlie has always made my lashes and brows exactly how I want them and I wouldn't be without them now!

Amazing service. I had lash lift & tint. Lovely lady very professional explained everything in detail and how to maintain my lashes for longer results. Also gave me a lash serum to take home. Very happy with my results already getting compliments so I will definitely be back thank you again xx

Diane is a perfectionist. I have very fine hair which has thinned from taking oral chemotherapy. Diane asked lots of questions about my lifestyle so she could choose the best extensions for my needs. She used different techniques and I am so happy with end result . I feel like myself again. Love my hair again 💕

10/10 experience, Anniyah (sorry if I spelled the name wrong!) was so friendly, funny and professional. She gave me the full VIP package with halal brows and a lash lift and I’ve never ever been happier with the way my brows and lashes look. We were done so quick and her precision is unmatched. She even gave me a little goodie bag with an aftercare kit at the end! I’m so happy with the service and result and I’ll be coming back again for sure. I felt so comfortable here.

I was offered refreshments upon arrival, my lash tech was very gentle with me and would check if I’m okay during my appointment also. I asked for the natural mascara look and they turned out exactly how I wanted them to—very happy

I’ve been having my lashes done here for nearly a year now and she is amazing. Honestly the loveliest lady and also her lashes are hands down THE BEST! She takes her time and listens to what you actually want and every set is always perfect. Great customer service and for her quality of work she is more than reasonably priced. I travel from the other side of Birmingham to have my lashes done here as they are worth it! Thankyou!

Excellent, kind, understanding, caring, very knowledgeable. I am so humbled by Daine she is a amazing lady so calm and reassuring. After a very tough journey of hair loss and spending thousands of pounds with hair clinic in Birmingham with no results was devastating. I felt my vulnerability was used for them to make money. My Confidence was very low. Diane not only provided me with a solution she even gave me concrete advise and direction to encourage my hair growth. Absolutely loved the set of lashes I had. Unfortunately due to a slight personal reaction I did have to remove them early then I would have liked but I absolutely loved them while I had them I just had abit of sensitivity unfortunately

Charlie is truly a magician! I have quite sparse brows and a chicken pox scar that never takes to dye. She managed to make my brows look so full and fluffy and even covered my scar. Couldn’t be happier, my brows look incredible, such a talent

Absolutely in love with my new extensions. From a short pixie cut to now, length & volume. After having tape in’s fitted terribly I knew I needed a professional hair extension fitter. Diane is amazing, the colour match was spot on, the fitting was very very comfortable & the cut & blend to finish has made it to look so amazing. The salon has a very friendly atmosphere & Diane puts you so at ease, with plenty knowledge on how to look after your hair. I would strongly recommend to anyone young & old. I love mine x

Linzi is amazing! After having a few bad experiences elsewhere, she was able to soak off my horrendous old set and give me a brand new set of lashes. She was honest and reassuring throughout the process and my natural lashes are so much healthier after just 2 treatments. She uses professional products and the results look amazing. Always feel really comfortable and relaxed during my appointments and leave with amazing lashes. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you! x
