Despite her busy schedule, she always made time to check in on my skin and follow up on my progress. She gives candid, straightforward advice without sugarcoating, which I really appreciate. Very clean and professional place. It was my first lash lift there and Kelly was very honest and straight up with the condition of my lashes, but in a kind way. She was also very gentle working around the eyes, giving me the lift I wanted.

My lashes look absolutely perfect!! She’s so well priced for the great work she does, considering how crazy lash prices have gotten in Toronto! She also uses the more advanced lash glue/bond whatever it’s called lol - so you don’t need to wait 24 hours before getting your lashes wet which is amazing. If you went to any high end lash salon in Toronto they would charge 200$+ for the work she did (I got a hybrid set) and I paid 140 :D
