I had such a lovely experience getting eyelash extensions for the first time! I was really nervous since I have very sensitive eyes, but Jane was incredibly kind. She met with me before my appointment to explain the process and show me the products she would be using, which really eased my anxiety. She took a lot of time and effort to ensure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The eyelash extensions turned out amazing! Jane is truly talented at what she does, and I can't recommend her enough. She's so kind and genuine!

Finally got a full body wax done for the 1st time in 6 years! 😃 Couldn't find any vegan options so have been managing on my own. I got, waxing, facial, eyebrows and eyelashes done. I was nervous about the eyelashes as I was trying them for the 1st time but Davina assured me and did a great job. It was a rather long session for the both of us 😅 so Davina got a kiwi 🥝 for me to snack, that was so thoughtful 😌 . My eyebrows look great & the facial made my skin look and feel so smooth and bright. The massage was so relaxing, I obviously dozed off and woke up own snoring! 😂 10/10 for Davina!

This was my second time getting the jap hair wash! My hair feels luscious, soft, shiny and smooth! The first time I went was with my mum and it was great! However the second time I went I felt like it was a little too harsh when washing my face , especially when I had lash extensions on. Otherwise it was a great service! Would love to go again , but please be mindful to not rub the eyes too hard!

I have been doing lash extensions with Tracy for many years now. She is skilled, knowledgeable and professional. The space is clean, cosy and bedding is comfortable. She is gentle on the lash and never has there been stinging or red eyes, just feel relaxed, fall asleep and wake up beautiful 😍 The rententions are good between 4 week infills but that is also with self care. Highly recommend visiting her and prices are reasonable too. 10/10 💖

Lynn did an exceptional job—my lashes look beautifully lifted, and my brows are perfectly shaped with a natural tint that suits my features.
