I went to Sian at Align Therapy in Swansea after 2–3 months of shoulder pain, worried I’d damaged my rotator cuff. Thankfully, it turned out to be muscle tension, and after just one treatment I felt so much better! Sian is professional, kind, and so easy to talk to — I only wish I’d gone sooner instead of waiting months. After three treatments I feel as good as new, and I even tried acupuncture today which was a really lovely experience. Highly recommend!

First time to visit Align Therapies. A great experience and I would highly recommend Henry. He took a thorough history and then he worked on a painful hip that I had put up with for almost a year. I went in with pain and came out pain free and feeling so much more flexible. Thank you so much.

I had an appointment today with Rebecca at Align Therapies in Swansea to treat lower back pain. Rebecca was very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend her.

Lovely to meet Sian, had heard a lot about her! Professional and friendly with good advice going forward. Really enjoyed treatment and certainly felt some improvement straight away from combination of deep tissue massage and dry needling.

Sian is very experienced in what she does.. she puts you at ease during a session and is chatty and easy to talk to. I have had a few sessions of acupuncture and I feel it definitely eases my pain and discomfort.

Thank you for another professional treatment with full explanation of the treatment plan and treatment received. I have had much relief in my legs and knees 😊👍. I have had comfort and much less pain and have managed a couple of gentle walks by the sea 🥾🥾. Many thanks Regards Annie 😊

Excellent job. Quite painful at times but I was well warned! Could really feel it working the neck/shoulder pain out. Very professional.

I would highly recommend Align Therapies and Sian was wonderfully welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. The treatment has instantly eased the pain I was experiencing and I'm hoping to build strength through the exercise plan....looking forward to my next session as these old joints aren't going to mend themselves :-)
