I’ve had a back injury for around 8 years now and have the odd flare-up. This time I’ve done it good and proper (probably the worst since initial injury) and managed to get last min appt with Gabriela. I don't often leave reviews but had to make an exception this time! I had been suffering from pain in my neck and back for a long time, with minimal relief despite trying multiple measures and seeking help from my GP. I decided to try Act2recovery on the recommendation of a friend who had also benefitted from their expertise. Act2recovery was professional throughout, from the easy booking to the specialist assessments and the treatments they recommended. I was surprised at how effective it was. My pain is now almost completely gone. I will definitely be returning to them. Highly recommended!

Kirstie was brilliant. This isn’t your standard health and beauty salon. Kirstie has a great understanding of the body and provided exactly what I needed. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage to help recover from the gym. The studio itself is modern, smells incredible and felt very welcoming. I cannot recommend highly enough😁

I highly recommend act2recovery! He literally has magic in his hands. I always feel so incredibly good and relaxed after a massage. What sets him apart is his knowledge, he really understands the root cause of pain and focuses his work exactly where it’s needed most. I have a shoulder injury which has been causing me issues with my upper back and neck. Martine knew exactly where to work and her techniques just seemed to dissolve the issues over the hour. I can honestly say I have never had a treatment like this before and will 100% be rebooking! Also have to mention the new clinic in Stoke. It’s absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much :-)
