It was okay. I booked this for my best friends wedding and indicated that so expected a little more special treatment. Girl that did my pedi was a little abrupt & rude. She was quick, but didn't feel much care put into it. Girl for mani was great she cared. Overall place was nice. Not sure if I'd go back though.

I visited your Nail bar today for Gel pedi and Mani. I am very impressed with Lian (I think that is her name) who did my pedicure. She is a true professional. I forgot to ask the name of the technician who did my manicure. She did a good job too. But the technicians who did my daughter’s (Nivedha Elango) pedicure and manicure were very rude. The one who did the manicure was so rough that she poked her fingers and there was bleeding and still she has pain in those fingers. Not only that, they were also passin snide comments hurting my daughter’s feelings.

I had a gel Mani and a Pedi with a sugar scrub and exfoliation. Technicians were very kind and professional. I have horrible hands and feet. Lots of skin don’t get enough Manny, Petty’s, and the nail techs again were so professional and did a great job.

So glad you are reopened! All wore masks, adequate social distancing! Loved being back for mani pedi. It was much needed. Both technicians did a great job! First time gel pedicure. Hoping it lasts a little longer than the normal.

Tiffany is the best! SNS dip powder lasts for 3+ weeks when she does them. Apres Gel-X about 5 weeks! I’ve been to many salons in Burbank, PMP is by far the best!

I came to this salon after getting my nails done elsewhere, and they were a mess—flat, uneven, and all different shapes. I found this salon on Google and called before coming in. From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm and welcoming. Nelli worked on my nails and did an amazing job fixing them. She was friendly, detail-oriented, and truly cared about her work. You can tell she’s a perfectionist. I left very happy with the results. The prices were reasonable, and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Nelli! 10/10, highly recommend!
