She was attentive, responsive to my individual needs, and adapted the treatment plan without hesitation. Her calm and reassuring manner made the whole experience very positive. I have done my express manicure by Manu it was so nice and clean, she did amazing job for my cuticle, stuff was so friendly and salon was so clean and giving positivity

Parveen has been great as always! You can tell that she loves what she does in her way of working. She pays attention to detail and is so careful. Never rushes to finish the task and makes sure that the client is happy with they want. I highly recommend Parveen and The Beauty Refinery!!

Good friendly staff, really nice manicure, wish they cut the sides and around abit more to look like the online manicures i feel like abit of skin was still left, shaped my nails nicely buffed my nails and it left a really nice shine could use oil to give it that nice touch of end to a manicure.

I had an amazing experience of dermaplaning and felt like my skin was really well pampered. Really comforting massage along with it. My pedicure with mahsa was amazing too. She was gentle and thorough.

First time visiting Lauren and having dermaplaning done. Lauren was very friendly and explained the treatment thoroughly. My skin feels incredible. I will definitely be back for more treatments :)

Lauren is really nice, friendly & professional. She fully explained everything to me on how things work, what to expect & aftercare etc. I hope to book in with her again soon.

She makes me feel relax .Talks to you throughout the visit. Such a lovely lady.
