I had a lash lift and brow tint with Grace and I’m so pleased with the results. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. My lashes look beautifully lifted and my brows are perfectly tinted and shaped. Everything looks natural but really enhances my features. I would definitely recommend Grace and will be booking again! 💕

The team at the Beauty Refinery did an unbelievable job. My eyebrows and eyelashes have never looked better. This is the only place in Leicester I would go for any beauty treatments!

1st time having my lashes done with Kimberley I loved how relaxing the treatment room was & how lovely Kimberley was I hadn’t had lashes in ages so I was unsure wat I actually wanted with length & volume etc so I left it all in her hands what to do & I honestly couldn’t of been any happier. I would certainly recommend Ka Lash & Brow Studio to anyone.

Absolutely love my treatments this afternoon 💅✨ I had a lash lift, brow tint, & nails done — and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. The attention to detail was amazing, everything was done so professionally, & the whole experience felt really relaxing. My lashes look lifted and defined, my brows are perfectly shaped and tinted, and my nails are flawless. You can tell the girls really take pride in their work. Such a lovely, friendly atmosphere too — I felt completely looked after from start to finish. Highly recommend if you want to feel pampered and leave feeling your best 💖

Had a lash lift and tint with Sade I’ve had them before not at this salon she talked me through it which I thought was great and even offered to tint my lower lashes which I’ve never been offered before this is the best lift and tint I’ve had and I will be coming back thankyou

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Wonderful staff and very professional. I was given a glow facial and threading a lady called KHUSHI. She did an amazing job! Thank you for making me glow. I would definitely recommend them if your in Leicester definitely try them out they do a whole range of beauty A++++++

Sade is really talented at lashes and brows- love the look of my lash lift and my brow tint. My brows look so much fuller! However, I have to say my appointment was 3pm, I was there at 2.55pm, but Sade was still busy with her nail client and I was left waiting for 30 minutes. Not Sade's fault if another client was booked in near my appointment, there was no way she could've finished the client on time. I kept being told she wouldn't be too long but it was 30 minutes. I would've appreciated being offered a drink whilst I waited or a small discount as my treatment was £49.

As always, the lovely ladies at The Beauty Refinery absolutely smashed it! I am so happy with my lashes. This is the first time I’ve ever had a lash lift & tint (or anything ever done to my lashes!!) but I will returning to get this treatment in the future. My lashes are full, lifted and look very natural yet flattering. Cannot recommend this enough. The ladies at so kind and patient.
