Mia is a wonderful therapist and knew exactly what my aching postpartum body needed. She made me feel so comfortable and welcome and after the full body massage I felt like I had been reborn. I've had many massages before but this was a first from Mia and wow. I cannot wait to come back.

I had my first deep tissue massage today. Lois was great. She was very welcoming and put me right at ease. The new space is beautiful too! The massage itself was just what I needed. Lois really really worked into the knots and tried to loosen up my whole back. We discussed a schedule I’d need to try to get on top of it, so I’ll be looking to try to book a regular slot 💆🏼‍♀️

This was my first experience of a massage (deep tissue back massage) and it was fantastic. The moment I enter I felt completely at ease and relax with Ceri. She talked me through what she doing in a calm way and applied pressure to suit different areas off my back and neck. I was so relaxed by the end of the session that I could of drifted off for a very long sleep. Would definitely return and highly recommend

The most amazing massage. I was so relaxed from start to finish. Came out feeling like a new woman. From the bamboo to the jelly face mask, I could have stayed there all day!! 5 stars just isn’t enough! Highly recommend Sian ❤️

She listened to where my problem areas were and the type of massage I enjoyed and personalised the treatment accordingly. Really enjoyed my first ever Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage by Mia. It was so relaxing and Mia is so professional and personable puts you right at ease. Explaining everything. I could tell the difference immediately when I left clinic. My right hip pain had eased right off and walking was much quicker having suffered since December. Was really impressed, when I thought it was at a home , I was thinking just a table in the living room , But this was a fully functional room for all the treatments that Ann explained all about when I ask about different treatments , And the deep tissue massage for the back did the trick feels miles better
