Bronni did amazingly in helping my teen daughter feel comfortable and safe in her first Spinal Flow visit. After our session, my daughter opened up and released emotions she had been holding in. My first time at Bodyworks with Ora. I play a lot of contact sport and recovering from a sprain shoulder. I had the remedial massage and cupping done. My body felt tense and rigid at the start by the end of the session I felt my tissues and the muscle joints were relaxed and knots ironed out & could move more freely. Highly Recommend Bodyworks 100% Can’t wait for my next session.

Kendall came to our house and gave us a one hour sports massage to myself and my partner. Her knowledge on how to treat both our niggles and also rid my body of knots from regular heavy weight training. As a competitive powerlifter having regular massages has helped not only my recovery but my performance as well.
