Kendall came to our house and gave us a one hour sports massage to myself and my partner. Her knowledge on how to treat both our niggles and also rid my body of knots from regular heavy weight training. As a competitive powerlifter having regular massages has helped not only my recovery but my performance as well.

Kendall is absolutely amazing! Nothing is too much when it comes to the health and well being of the body. We only now see Kendall for all massage needs!

Kara is absolutely wonderful. She cares about what you want but will give her advice on what she feels is best in her expert opinion. She’s gentle and soft spoken which makes you feel relaxed. I definitely recommend her 100%

I saw Sophie for a remedial massage. It was amazing! She intuitively (or maybe it's just her experience) knows exactly what to do to you give you the sort of massage you need/want. Plus the location in Helensvale is amazing. It's like a little sanctuary right in the middle of town. The whole place is so peaceful and calming.

Sophie’s treatments are amazing. She is able to move fluid from my body and I leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Her remedial massages are next level, she can pinpoint the problem and works on it until completely resolved. Highly recommend.

Kala is amazing! When it was time to get Botox (30) I wanted my face to still be the same just refreshed and wrinkle free. After a couple of consults with other injection clinics, I felt uncomfortable and too upsold to. Kala does exactly what I was looking for, a refreshed face that looks young. She is great to speak to and has great methods to take away the needle pain I’m so glad I met Kala. If you’re looking for natural looking young skin and not overfilled or over botoxed.
