Sophie is an absolute star. I recently had surgery and my post op care was weekly lymphatic drainage massages. I had four sessions in total, each one incredibly soothing and effective. It’s something I looked forward to every week! The results were immediate, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the treated areas as time has gone on. Sophie went above and beyond to ensure I felt cared for, guiding me through the process with expertise and making each session a truly calming experience. Not only is Sophie a lovely person, she is patient, truly talented and an expert in this field.

I saw Sophie for a remedial massage. It was amazing! She intuitively (or maybe it's just her experience) knows exactly what to do to you give you the sort of massage you need/want. Plus the location in Helensvale is amazing. It's like a little sanctuary right in the middle of town. The whole place is so peaceful and calming.

Sophie’s treatments are amazing. She is able to move fluid from my body and I leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Her remedial massages are next level, she can pinpoint the problem and works on it until completely resolved. Highly recommend.
