I regularly get massages because I do strength training at the gym, and today’s session with Paul was by far the best. He made my body feel so much lighter and did an amazing job relieving the sore spots. I’m extremely satisfied with the results. Plus, he was incredibly kind and professional throughout the session. Bronni did amazingly in helping my teen daughter feel comfortable and safe in her first Spinal Flow visit. After our session, my daughter opened up and released emotions she had been holding in. I have had quite a few massages by Catherine and I always feel very comfortable and relaxed. I always feel like I am in good hands, literally! But, most recently I had a lymphatic massage, which I had not had before, and it was hands down the best massage I've ever had. Thanks Catherine for always taking such good care of me.
