Just AWESOME... again. Sandra's miofascia release and knowledge of acupressure points really helps relax the CNS. You literally float out of there and remove your body how it SHOULD be feeling if we lived a normal existence so far removed from the one we're born into...

My first experience having a spinal flow and I can’t wait for my next one , in just this one session my sinuses don’t feel so blocked and my body pain I had feels less restricted not so sore and tight , beautiful welcoming place , felt very comfortable and relaxed . Cathrine was just lovely. Explained everything about the body and what maybe possible from the session. It was a very calming experience, I definitely felt a current/tingle up my spin. I’m looking forward to my next session to see what develops now.
