My tense neck and shoulder muscles finally began to relax after months of stress and the head and face massage was truly healing. I thoroughly recommend Camille as a therapist and look forward to having my next treatment .

The Wellness Lounge is always so welcoming, and their beautiful new location adds to the relaxing experience. I had such a great experience with Holly; before starting we discussed what would be done and I was provided all the information about cupping as it was my first time… but definitely not my last! Holly was great, she was calm, relaxing and the massage and cupping session was just what I needed after a busy weekend full of activities, the tension I felt in my body was practically gone after the session and I'm sure I may have dozed off. Shame there isn't a higher rating to give cause she deserves it.

There are no words that can express the expertise, friendliness and professionalism that are experienced on every visit, some visits are sport related needs and some are just for shear pampering and me time needs, there is a massage/therapy for every need. Fantastic massage - holly was so friendly and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout. The massage was incredible, I had the Indian head massage and she spent 30 minutes on my back and neck, really working through all my knots. Then went on to my head and around the neck again - can’t recommend enough, I’ll be back :)

Mum and I had a Recovery Lounge session on Sunday afternoon and what a fabulously invigorating experience it was. Firstly, it was easy to book online and plenty of free parking on arrival. Secondly, we had a warm welcome and brilliant guidance throughout that added to the fun we had. It included full spectrum sauna, cold plunge pool, red light therapy and pressotherapy. We were even given a rehydration drink. To cap it off we completed the Flame&Chill challenge with our full immersion in the 8 degree cold tub and got our photo on the wall of fame!! We highly recommend the wellness lounge.

Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Fantastic cupping therapy from Camille as always - I always feel 100 time better when I leave!

Another great experience with Camille. This was my first massage with her and it was brilliant, she understood my bodies response and also checked in with me regularly. She also weaved in some work with acupressure points and cupping which I really enjoyed.

Camille is a very clever lady. She knows what this body parts does and what that body part does. After booking an appt and telling her my history she knew straight away what type of therapy I needed and it was accupuncture. After 3 sessions I already feel much better I have fibromyalgia and i normally hurt all the time but with this therapy its not too as bad it doesnt hurt for hrs at a time. Camille really has time for her clients and gets a great buzz out of helping them to her its such a reward and not all about the money! Well that's the picture I get anyway after having 3 treatments!!

I went for the hot stone upper body massage with dry cupping after having a baby and Holly was very considerate of my circumstances and listened attentively to what I needed.
