I treated my mother to a spa pedicure and manicure before her holiday, she has early dementia, and despite not sharing that with the therapist, she was really patient and kind and my mum had a wonderful time, and despite not usually wanting to experience new environments and leaving her comfort zone, she is looking forward to going back! Thank you so much!!

I've started to have beauty treatments (facials) in Beauty box Penarth in January 2023. From the first time I was impressed with the client service. It is lovely going there. It is so relaxing and I have the confidence that they take care of my skin because they use a high quality products and have the knowledge and expirience . The beutician was very kind, and professional. Highly recommend.

I visited the Naillounge Penarth as Pla has always been amazing and the quality of her work is top tier. Today, I had gel extensions and a pedicure by Chad. The service she provided was exceptional, as she takes great care in the work that she does. I would not visit anywhere else ❤️ xx

If I could give the Pla & her Naillounge more stars I would. Having never had a manicure (or pedicure), until recently, I am now converted & completely addicted. People constantly comment about how lovely my nails look. Pla is a fantastic nail technician - I always leave a treatment feeling pampered & happy & can assure you that you won't meet anyone more lovely & totally dedicated to their art. The Nail Lounge itself is a beautifully appointed calm salon, a lovely sanctuary from all life's hustle & bustle. I love Pla's 1st class service & can't recommend her highly enough. 10/10
