I had such a lovely experience with Camille! I went back for a back massage and cupping, and it was exactly what I needed. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived, and her technique was incredible. So relaxing but also really effective at working out tension. Lucy was very responsive to the tension in my body and worked effectively on a blocked sinus I mentioned had been bothering me. Up steep steps on the 3rd floor above a hairdresser and barber but a secret haven for sure.

Holly was great, she was calm, relaxing and the massage and cupping session was just what I needed after a busy weekend full of activities, the tension I felt in my body was practically gone after the session and I'm sure I may have dozed off. Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

I had a taster massage which was very relaxing. Attention was paid to knots around my shoulder blades, and that along with the overall back and upper arm massage left me feeling refreshed and floaty for the afternoon.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
