Honestly can’t rate SP physiotherapy or Steph highly enough. Always there to sort out my aches and pains with treatment and massage. Always explains everything thoroughly with what she’s doing and why. Very friendly and relaxed environment. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommended SP Physiotherapy to others. Thanks Steph!

First is like to say i'm so grateful for getting an appointment on the day at very short notice, I had acute low back pain so getting a full assessment and treatment so quick was excellent service. Lewis was amazing, very welcoming, made me feel at ease, very easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable . He carried out a very in depth assessment before carrying out my treatment. Lewis is extremely professional both in the physiotherapy and treatment and in the follow up advice I was given. He patiently answered any questions I had at the end. Would 100% recommend Lewis.

Had a massage with Hannah this afternoon. First time I’ve had an appointment with Hannah and it was amazing. Instant relief in my lower back due to sitting at a desk most of the time at work. My calf will be another few appointments. I’ve used SP Physio for a few years now and never lets you down. Always 5 ⭐️ from me

I just had my third appointment and as always and as per usual, everyone was kind, supportive, informative and very positive. I personally wouldn’t go anywhere else with the quality of care offered at SP Physiotherapy

I came to SP physiotherapy with sciatica that was worsening using at-home treatments. The week following my initial consultation and treatment I noticed an immediate improvement in my mobility, which continued throughout the following 3 months I attended. I am now almost 100% back to normal, back to work and able to exercise again. From the first session Hannah was incredibly friendly and supportive. She really listened to me when describing my symptoms and her treatments were always on point and well adapted as I began to regain mobility. She absolutely has my recommendation! Thank you 🙏🏻

I’ve been seeing Hannah for physiotherapy and can honestly say she’s been excellent. She listens, pays real attention to what’s going on, and always takes the time to adjust things based on how I’m feeling that day. She’s responsive, genuinely cares, and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Can fault staff at SP Physiotherapy, sorted out issues with my back and were friendly and extremely helpful. 5 star service from them would highly reccomend using them for any needs with them.

Every single session I have attended, to receive physio assessment and treatment for a knee pain - that turned out to be a degenerative meniscal tear, have been informative, supportive and beneficial to the recovery of my knee. I have found Steph to be professional and keen to see that I received the best care and treatment available to ease the pain and discomfort experienced. The exercises given for me to do at home helped both stabilise and strengthen my knee, to the extent that my mobility has improved greatly and the pain has mostly gone. I would highly recommend SP Physiotherapy.

Great experience at SP Physiotherapy. Harriet was very attentive and pleasant.

This was my 2nd visit to SP physiotherapy with Harriet. I developed sacro iliac pain due to the wrong posture when picking up an item from the floor 3weeks ago-easy done. The follow up from my first appointment Harriet was pleased with my recovery but still felt I needed to continue with the treatment. Following the treatment and exercises I am now pain free, no more Paracetamol but I’m continuing with exercises. Thank you Harriet and SP Physio 🎉

I visited SP Physiotherapy last week with a very welcome from start to finish. Physiotherapist Harriet took a very in depth assessment of the problem and carried out treatment with exercises at home to help with recovery. I am now feeling the benefit and reducing the Paracetamol and Ibuprofen . I have another follow up appointment and further treatment. I would definitely recommend SP physiotherapy .

My experience was excellent. Harriet was amazing and very helpful. She explained everything in detail so I could understand the issues I was having and what she was doing to help improve my injury. I couldn't have asked for a better first appointment. I would highly recommend it and I look forward to continuing to work with Harriet and SP Physiotherapy.

This was my first consultation with SP Physiotherapy, Harriet assessed my issue and explained how i would be treated and explained what was going on and how we could work on improving range of movement etc.

I find Harriet to be very warm and friendly, and my visits to her have been very relaxed. I have been very concerned about my condition but I believe that she will help me. A lot of the information she has given me I have discussed with my GP who is in agreement with her diagnosis. I would recommend Harriet to anyone who needs physiotherapy assistance.
