Honestly, it was so good. I did the lymphatic body massage and cryotherapy, and I came out feeling brand new. The space is really nice, and KP is even nicer.

I went in for lymphatic drainage massage (lower) and 5 mins cryo post MCR half marathon. Came out feeling absolutely brand new. Cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic experience. I had several treatments, starting with IR therapy followed by Cryotherapy. It really helped with my energy levels for the rest of the day

My first cryotherapy session – and I loved it! This was my first time trying cryotherapy, and it honestly went above and beyond what I expected. The space had such a calm, uplifting vibe, and the team were super friendly and attentive — they really took the time to explain everything and make me feel at ease. Afterwards I felt so refreshed, clear-headed, and full of energy. Such a cool (literally!) experience — I’ll definitely be back.

From the moment we entered the store we were made to feel very welcome and at ease.. the advice the ladies on the reception desk were extremely helpful, friendly and encouraging.. would highly recommend them, the Cryotherapy Chamber was also amazing and after being very nervous I was very happy that it was not as bad as expected and the benefits and feeling afterwards were worth every penny and minute.. would definitely do this again and with this company every time.. thank you

Amazing cryotherapy session and very informative introduction.

It was my first time and I am very much looking forward for next time. In fact, i feel like i want to do this every day forever now!! I had the pleasure to meet both Caroline and Karen, both are so nice and lovely! I managed to try the body ballancer first and cryotherapy just after and I feel amazing.

Went for a Body Ballancer treatment and got the opportunity to try cryotherapy. Loved both. Staff were lovely and helpful. Got a complimentary drink for during the treatment, and there is a TV with Netflix so you won’t get bored. The cryo was awesome. I like being cold and it wasn’t uncomfortable. Felt great afterwards. Booked more treatments mainly to get rid of the bloat after breast reduction surgery and because I just love the cold! 🥶 You can choose the music for cryo and have a boogie if you want to. The packages are good value, if you plan on having more than one treatment.

I tried the Infared Sauna and Cryotherapy for the first time and it was incredible! Karen was so lovely and talked me through everything and really put me at ease. Such a lovely place with a great vibe. I can’t wait for my next session! Thank you x

Absolutely brilliant, was shown round the venue and all the treatments the offer and how they can help you and not pushy at all, we used the sauna for 30 minutes and loved the private room, the iPad so you can watch YouTube or Netflix etc, we felt so much better after having this treatment, we also tried the cryotherapy for 3 minutes, we had never done this before but we was very happy we did, we was a bit worried before hand but actually we thought it was brilliant and gives you a brilliant energy boost after. We booked a few sessions and as I said we didn't feel any pressure to book.

Post workout recovery with a combo of infrared sauna and cryo treatments works fabulously well and will be my regular weekly fix from now on - fab facilities and lovely owners, cannot recommend highly enough you give them a try!
