I was serviced today by Rochelle, I had a hydro facial and Dermaplane facial. First let’s talk about the decor- very comfortable, setup was beautiful, clean, absolutely lovely. Rochelle was really gentle with me and explained everything she was doing step by step. She even shared with me the products that she used on me. Rochelle was very accommodating and ensured I was comfortable. I was really pleased with the results from my facial. My face was really glowy and looked fresh. Very pleased, would definitely recommend. 10/10

Honestly 90mins goes by too quickly! Amber is amazing, she puts you at ease and you know you’re in good hands and walk out there feeling 10lbs lighter and glowing like the sun!

I am pleased to say Dior met and exceeded my expectations when refreshing my brows. I felt relaxed and was kept abreast of each stage of the process. As a more mature lady I do want to feel stylish but the look must be appropriate for me and Dior does this so well. So no matter what age you are, young or more mature, you can have amazing brows that make you look and feel great. Thank you Dior!

Rochelle was very welcoming on arrival, talked through each step and was keeping me updated through the process of the treatment. Noticed results instantly from the biorepeel and Mirconeedling treatment. Treatment room was so cosy and comfortable, will be booking my next treatment real soon. Had the most wonderful, relaxing experience with Amber today. I was so impressed with her knowledge on all things skin and health, and her approach is truly holistic - treating the inside and out. I’m making it a priority to carve out more “me time” and take care of my health and just know that I’m in the best hands here. My only wish is that Amber wasn’t so booked up - but when she’s this good, are you surprised? On top of that, a truly lovely person - feels like you are catching up with a friend too! 10/10

India is a young and talented professional in the beauty industry and, since I permanently moved to Addiscombe, she has become my trusted facialist. Every session with her is an opportunity for me to truly stop, breathe and take some time for myself. Even when the treatment I choose isn’t exactly the most relaxing one (microneedling) she always puts me at ease, making the whole experiencing enjoyable. I also absolutely love the new studio, it has a cosy, immersive and calming atmosphere.

The best of the best… I needed an emergency small infill and Dior fitted me in to make sure my lashes looked on point for the weekend. Dior is amazing at what she does, a complete professional and cares for her clients and always wants them to look their best. I’ll never go to anyone else

Amber is amazing! I’ve been seeing her for a couple of years and each appointment is bespoke to my current skin concerns which I love. Amber takes the time to listen and then adapt each facial accordingly. Since seeing her and also being consistent with my skincare routine I’ve really noticed an improvement and can now identify potential triggers for flare ups etc (as someone that has always suffered with bad skin), and I now understand how I can help minimise these. Her treatment room is also amazing and so calming I fall asleep during every facial! I would really recommend Amber! :)
