Being a woman of colour I really wanted someone who understands my skin, texture and Natasha did just that. From the get go customer service is delivered. They offered me and my mother chilled water after all it is summer. Making sure we’re relaxed and pre-prep before we entered our session. Thank you for hospitality and guidance of aftercare. I had such a bad skin ,lots of acne signs and dark patches here and there.Now my skin after the microneedling is shining and look so smooth and clean.And i still have 2 more sessions. Zornitsa is a true professional! She knows her job! She is always very nice and polite! I have a very low sensitivity threshold and rarely tolerate procedures! He always asks me how I'm doing, we stop for a break 😁 and it works! And the most important for me are the results, they are visible even after the first procedure!
