Helpful staff. Acknowledging, kind, reassuring and understanding. During the laser treatments, they guided me on what they were going to do during the procedure and whilst, also asking if I’m okay during the process. Thank you to everyone at Diamed London Clinic on making it a great experience.

What an amazing experience! Emily is such a friendly, welcoming lady who makes you feel comfortable from the get go. My friend and I had the Japanese head massage/spa and a facial and WOW! Had the best pedicure with my master today! They took their time, really listened to what I needed, and the results are perfect. Freya is always great, I won't go to anyone else. I had a small problem with my nose piercings and jewellery. I told Freya and she sorted it so easily. Visited Diamed London Clinic today for a wax treatment. Firstly the shop is very bright, clean and the reception staff were welcoming. My treatment was done by Sevin, she was very friendly, gentle and did an amazing job. She recommended further treatments to me which I will definitely consider going forward.
