I had a leg wax today and I'm so happy with the results! The treatment was quick, professional, and virtually painless. My therapist made me feel completely comfortable throughout, and my legs are left feeling incredibly smooth. The salon was clean, welcoming, and the service was excellent from start to finish. This was an amazing massage. Natalia did a combination of medium and deep tissue and also focused on my lower back glutes and sacrial region. Most therapists shy away from these areas but Natalia treated everywhere and was extremely professional in doing so. I have quite bad cellulite and after the massage, the texture of my skin looks so much better I cant wait for my next one.

I've been coming to studio figura for about 6 months now. In that time, have had 3 manual massages and used the body rollers multiple times. Iwona and the team are very knowledgeable and professional, and the studio's always clean and comfortable. Personally I've seen noticible positive effects from treatments over time, and now a huge advocate for lymphatic drainage! Highly recommend

Very professional, warm and welcoming venue. Went for lash removal that I had done (badly), elsewhere. These ladies know what they’re doing, but most importantly they listen to what their clients want. So pleased I found Lash London, already booked treatments for next month.

I had the Glass Skin Facial and Lash Lift with Kawtar yesterday and absolutely loved the experience! She is so kind, calm, and professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She gave me great skincare advice, helped me find the free parking, and even treated me to a relaxing head massage. My skin is glowing and my lashes look amazing. The best thing I did in 2025 was find Nurse Grace at Gracefill Aesthetics. I was looking for someone that offered a range of services and importantly, someone who was a medical professional. I was nervous going to the initial consultation but needn't have worried at all. I have had various treatments and Grace is one of the loveliest humans I've had the pleasure to meet & get to know. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind and will tell you honestly & realistically what is achievable. Her space is clean, comfortable and has a beautiful aesthetic. I would recommend Grace without hesitation.

I had a lash lift and facial and the whole experience was amazing. Kawtar explained every step of the treatment as she went along and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The lash lift is genuinely the best I’ve ever had. Because my lashes are naturally long, technicians often struggle to achieve a good curl and lift, but Kawtar got them absolutely perfect. The Glow facial left my skin feeling refreshed, smooth, and radiant. The soft play area was an added bonus, it means mamas can enjoy a bit of pampering while the little ones have fun. I highly recommend Kawtar and will defo be back!

Coming all the way from South East London for a Kobido massage because it truly is the best! The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, the staff are lovely, and Iwona works absolute magic with her techniques. I can’t wait to come back for another kobido massage.
