My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa. I absolutely love this salon near Kensington Olympia. Olga is truly one of the most professional nail technicians I’ve ever come across — the quality of her manicures and pedicures is simply unmatched. I haven’t seen anything this good anywhere in London or even in Surrey, where I live. Honestly, it’s completely worth traveling two hours from home just to have my nails done here. The results are always perfect. What makes it even more special is the atmosphere — I genuinely feel like I’m among friends or family every time I visit. I will definitely keep coming back!

My first time in Casa Prado… what a fantastic find! Lovely treatment with Carolina, reflexology and manual lymphatic drainage massage… my legs and feet are so much lighter and feel so good! Definitely highly recommend her… and she’s lovely and very nice…

Meena (owner and main aesthetician of Lana Aesthetic London) is AMAZING! She’s very attentive and gave me all the time I needed to understand what my face required. Her technique is very professional and she did magic to my cheeks, nose, jawline and lips! Love the results and she was so worth coming all the way from Brussels (Belgium) for!
