Had the best experience at Polished Spa on my birthday! I went in for a hair treatment, blow-dry, hair trim, and pedicure, and everything was so relaxing. The staff were so sweet and made me feel really taken care of. But what made it extra special was the surprise—they brought out a birthday cake and sang for me! It was the cutest thing ever, and I genuinely didn’t expect it. The whole vibe was just so warm and welcoming, and I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and so happy. Had an amazing experience here with the aromatherapy massage. The front desk staff are so friendly and welcoming. My therapist was great, so caring and considerate, the treatment itself was fantastic. Came out of the spa feeling totally relaxed. Can't wait to come back for another treament.

The therapist Wayen is excellent. Please inform the management to send someone to check if the bathroom is clean since they were very dirty today and clean the rooms from cockroach as one of the treatment rooms it has them on the wall
