Erin at Modern Day Spa is an amazing and knowledgeable therapist who understands the importance of holistic care. I had the Detox Scrub and body wrap which was relaxing and invigorating. It’s even better combined with an infra red sauna beforehand! The scalp massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. What makes MDS stand out above the rest is its clean and modern space with little extras like cool icy water, blueberries, tea and collagen booster shots. Thanks Erin.

Could not recommend it higher! My partner and I had a lovely experience with the team there who was easily able to adjust for us when they had a staffing change on the day. We had a massage, body scrub and facial planned with a sauna thrown in on the day to accommodate and thank us for understanding the time change. The experience from start to finish was fantastic and so relaxing!

The Hamman body a in was absolutely sensational - the best treatment I have ever had and such a unique experience. The front of house was disappointing. My friend was shushed on arrival and motioned to thaw the receptionist was on the phone. This same member of staff continued to be unfriendly / cold in her manner and then assumed me to be pregnant explaining I would not be able to attend the bathhouse versus asking “ are either of you pregnant”.

Steashing (I hope I’ve spelt her name correct) was the best masseuse I’ve ever had and I’ve had many many massages. She took extra care, taking her time a working through my tender pregnant body, she was incredible and I’ll absolutely be back! Hopefully I get her again, I’ve never felt more comfortable and relaxed.

What a peaceful and beautiful place to spend 3 1/2 hours. The bath house followed by a full body massage and facial I was so relaxed I fell asleep during the facial. Highly recommend.

Had the most amazing, calming and relaxing massage from Yesha. She knows what she's doing and she focused on all the areas on my body that desperately needed attention and applied the perfect amount of pressure too. I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud.

My partner and I came for the couples package and it was amazing. It’s quite cozy and very detached from the surroundings, which gives it a unique relaxed feeling that helps to make the most of the hot and cold experiences. We really enjoyed the sauna, steam room and cold plunge, trying to push ourselves a bit longer each time in the cold plunge. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes hot/ cold therapy for their body, we will surely be back again soon.

It's always so beautiful, relaxing and quiet there. I booked a bathhouse and deep tissue massage for my birthday today. And special thanks to Tsherung for the world's best, deep tissue massage. I had put in my notes, "extra firm pressure" as most deep tissue massages I've had, have still felt light and swedish style. But Tsherung, is strong, and precise. She really knows what she's doing. I'll be requesting her again next time! Thank you Thserung!

My Modern Day Spa experience was, so much so that I have already rebooked and will be taking my daughter .Following my Detox Scrub my body felt rejuvenated and my skin was left silky smooth. Thank you Airin

Airin was fantastic, she understands the body and was able to get in deep. I felt my body was worked on extensively. It was also relaxing at the same time.

Sigay looked after me from start to finish with her calm and soothing demeanour. I felt great during and after the body wrap treatment, and would definitely do it again.

Had a body scrub and wrap, which was great but having to try to wash it off wearing bathers was awful. Ok with shared showers for most things but not after a treatment! Other than that the treatment and service was excellent.
