Chiara was amazing! I had my brows and lashes done and couldn’t be happier with the results. She made me feel very comfortable and you can tell she truly cares about her clients and their results. She was so informative and thoroughly explained the aftercare, which no other salon has ever done. The attention to detail and level of professionalism is amazing. I am loving my new brows and lashes.

Natsumi did a great job fixing an awful previous nail application from another salon. I’m especially impressed with how gently and carefully she works during the filing process, and in general. I left with a beautiful set of BIAB nails by Natsumi and will definitely be using Vivi salon as my regular nail bar/salon going forward!

I go every four weeks for a facial and eyebrow tint. Today I also had an eyelash tint. Mini is a very professional beautician. The facial Mini provides is the best I have ever experienced. The massage is out of this world. My eyelashes and eyebrows look fantastic. I always leave the clinic feeling refreshed and extremely relaxed. If you are looking for an attentive, caring highly skilled beautician I can really recommend Mini at Fountain of Youth Floreat

The salon was very clean and neat, and I was made to feel very comfortable by Isabel, especially with being in my third trimester. I had a brow wax and tint, lash tint and classic extensions done, and I was thoroughly impressed by her expertise and the finished results. I left my appointment one very happy customer and have already got my next appointment booked. I have also received many compliments on my brows and lashes ☺️ Thank you again! 🩷

After having a terrible first Brazilian waxing experience earlier this year and then in need of some pampering, I decided to book in with Pretty Kitty for a Brazilian and Brazilian facial. I have not felt so smooth and pampered!! I was made to feel super comfortable as soon as I walked in the door, right up until I left! It was good. I am not a fan of paying a non refundable deposit up front. After I made (& paid $55) the appointment, I booked my car in for a service in Osborne Park. While I planned to take a bus to Floreat Forum, I would have been better finding a beautician at Westfield Innaloo. When it came to dropping my car off, Hyundai have temporarily moved premises to Hector St where there is no bus service. Perviously they were opposite a bus stop. I found myself taking a long walk, in the rain to catch 2 buses to Floreat. Noone’s fault but paying upfront gives me no flexibility.
