My partner and I came for the couples package and it was amazing. It’s quite cozy and very detached from the surroundings, which gives it a unique relaxed feeling that helps to make the most of the hot and cold experiences. We really enjoyed the sauna, steam room and cold plunge, trying to push ourselves a bit longer each time in the cold plunge. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes hot/ cold therapy for their body, we will surely be back again soon.

Everything was excellent! They had an ice bath, sauna, steam room, cold plunge and got a massage as well which was the most relaxing experience I had in a while! Would definitely recommend for everyone who needs a relaxing day! As an addition you get herbal tee and a few little healthy snacks

Had a body scrub and wrap, which was great but having to try to wash it off wearing bathers was awful. Ok with shared showers for most things but not after a treatment! Other than that the treatment and service was excellent.

Professional and attentive staff and a beautiful spa experience. I had the body scrub, wrap and facial - 100% recommend, my skin feels incredible.

The most incredible space for relaxation. The ice bath and warm bath make me feel so zen and my body and mind feel amazing.

It was amazing for my first body treatment but would prefer one less towel on me as I get quite warm

Most relaxing experience. Would suggest with the chocolates it should be wrapped? Someone dripped water on the chocolates in my session so it wasn't hygienic or safe. Would this is the best sauna/cold plunge to two others we've attended. Will be back again soon

What a beautiful experience from start to finish. I didn’t want to leave. From the moment I entered through the door I immediately felt relaxed and calm. With the stunning architecture, mood lighting, soft music and glorious smells I knew I was in for a treat. My full body massage was the best I’ve ever had and I’ve had more than I could ever count! The bath house experience was gorgeous too. I cannot wait to go back. Please do yourself a favour and take yourself off to Ember for a few hours. I literally left floating and smiling and feeling a lot lighter. 10 stars guys. Well done.

Ember provides a minimal sensory environment to relax the busy mind and rejuvenate the body. We (3 friends) enjoyed a much deserved opportunity to unwind and connect.

Unique, great ambience and wonderful background music I was appreciating. It’s for the body confident, takes getting use to. Could do with a designated shower after the treatment therapy, which are great. Pretty superb.
